A local travel agency approached us with the goal of transitioning their brand to focus solely on high-end, luxury travel. To make this happen, they needed a brand re-fresh complete with a new website, fresh copy curated for the ideal luxury travel client, as well as new social media assets to tie it all together.

In the beginning phase of this re-brand, our team delved head first into consumer research to tap into the preferences and values of high-end luxury consumers. Our research uncovered the insights needed to craft a website and branding that would both resonate with this particular audience and entice them to take action. From website layout, font selection, color pallets and more, no minor detail was overlooked in this process.
Once the buildout of the site was complete, our team updated all of the client's social media platforms including curated content guidelines to keep all future content and imagery in line with the newly refreshed branding.
We then developed an email campaign strategy to increase subscribers and engage with current and future clients on a consistent basis with engaging, informative content relavent to the luxury consumer.
